Great article. For me, Pancakeswap is one of the most exciting Defi projects. It's worth noting that, while the Cake supply is potentially unlimited, they have built a lot of deflationary mechanisms into the protocol. And the stated goal at least is that: "The chefs aim to making deflation higher than emission by building deflationary mechanisms into Pancakeswap's products." Also, once voting is fixed, holders should be able to vote on additional deflationary mechanisms.
